This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to manage attendance effectively in your team.
Introduction:
Staff absence can cause all manner of problems, e.g., reduction in output, disruption, lost opportunities and low morale for those staff having to cover the work while their colleague is absent. Therefore, managers need to manage attendance promptly, consistently and fairly to minimise the potential problems. This course will give practical tips, advice and guidance on how to tackle absence issues.
