Negotiation takes place all the time and plays a vital role in everyday life. At work, you may be required to negotiate with co-workers, clients, suppliers, contractors and even competitors.

This one day course will help you develop effective negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes in a variety of situations. Using various training techniques this course will be challenging, thought provoking, motivational and above all, fun. Delegates will leave feeling motivated and able to negotiate with the world!

Delegates require no previous knowledge of negotiations or client-facing experience, only a willingness to experience and learn a wide variety of great techniques.
